Eglomise Mirrors with Beautiful Patterns

These mirrors are my passion!  All of the work is done on the reverse of the mirror and then sealed to produce truly incredible effects.  I use these mirrors as centerpiece items, almost in the same way I would present an oil painting.

Console/Hallway Table/Desk

Elegant hallway table with an embedded tissue top.  I finished it with a metallic copper paint and "true" black along the body.  The hardware was finished with a dark bronze.

Antique Mirror with a Rose Gold Gilding

This antique mirror was finished in a beautiful bright red then gilded with copper leaf composition to give it this elegant "Rose Gold" gilded look.  The solid wood mirror was carved with great scroll work along the top and sides.  I love the older pieces that really accentuate the time and effort people put into creating these works of art!  I have it staged as a coffee table display, but it will look just as wonderful hung up on the wall.  Love you guys! How to Dazzle an Art Niche

Many people have these little "art niches" around their homes, and, inevitably, we just look for some nick knack that fits the shape and size to slide into it.  I believe an "art" niche should incorporate just that....art.  So, in this art niche at our house, I decided to bring together many different elements.  I started with a stencil, then added layers of metallic foils.  Finally, I went back and gave the stencil some depth by adding some texture to the design.  This niche went from "just there" to "look at me!!!!".  This idea can be done in a number of different tones, shades and colors. 1950's Ethan Allen Customized Hutch

Ethan Allen has been an esteemed name in fine furniture for decades plus.  I remember when my grandmother in Tennessee had a beautiful hutch and we'd put pies and side dishes on it!  Well, we've found a tremendous 1950's era Ethan Allen hutch that harks back to those days, but you know us, we have to give life even to tried and true favorites!  Ana has gone above and beyond in this beauty, we hope you love it!

Horchow Console from Neiman Marcus

This console from Horchow at Neiman Marcus originally cost $1,200! We have reinvisioned the drawers with glass knobs.  The old metal handles were weak and drab!  The finish has a cool antiqued look to it, so it was left intact.

Gorgeous Designer Armoire, Custom Painted!

 

This gorgeous designer armoire has been custom faux painted with dark tones of blacks and browns in metallic paint. You can use this armoire as a tv cabinet or for clothes storage. It has two huge drawers and there is a bracket if you choose to add a rod for hanging attire.
